GEMSA has been working hard to set up the 2024 Season.  There are some changes and additions.

GEMSA has increased the regular season fees for 2024 - Registration Link - REGISTRATION 

Fee Breakdown

GEMSA will be adding the umpire fees to teams registrations and will pay the umpires directly

This allows teams to not have to carry money to the game to pay the umpires

Teams are required to mark Official Umpire attendance at games to assist GEMSA in tracking

NOTE: GEMSA will be tracking umpire coverage and paying accordingly, if your team does not receive an Umpire at your game, at the end of the season your association will receive a refund for the difference.

EXAMPLE - U15 was $ 250 - Now based on 16 games @ $25/game per umpire - GEMSA fees are now $ 650.00.  BUT if instead of 16 games you play 12 and only have umpires for 8 of the 12, a $200.00 refund will be issued.

Little League Registration (Only for the U13 A/B and U15 A/B categories)

 For the 2024 season GEMSA will be working with Little League, this fee will allow a team or its players to qualify for Little League teams that require a certain amount of games. 

 B Teams may opt out of Little League - the option is presented during registration

League play is Expected to Start on April 29th, and Last Day of League, games will be June 19th. 

 GEMSA FINALS - Depending on the Finals Schedule - Games may start on June 20th, with the Tournament wrap up on June 23rd. 

Teams NOT playing in the GEMSA Finals must notify the registrar by June 15th,otherwise you WILL be scheduled to play.

2. There is a lot of information to share and we will be setting the meeting up to put more focus on Specific Groups
